Here’s where you can donate to help Filipino families recover from the devastation wrought by Super Typhoon Rai, known in the Philippines as Odette.
According to reports, widespread flooding and heavy rains caused severe damage in the central and southern parts of the Philippines, affecting more than a million residents in the areas hardest hit by the typhoon.
Typhoon Odette ravaged parts of the Visayas and Mindanao before it exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Saturday, December 18, 2021, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).
Rescue and relief operations are now underway in the most devastated areas in the country following the aftermath of the Category 5 typhoon. By supporting these initiatives, you’ll be helping provide emergency kits, financial assistance, shelter, and more to those who need them the most.
