JAPAN: 2023 Japanese Government Scholarship
The Japan Information and Culture Center (JICC) of the Embassy of Japan is now accepting applications for the following categories of the 2023 Japanese Government (MEXT/Monbukagakusho) Scholarship Program: Research, Undergraduate, Specialized Training College, and College of Technology.
The scholarship program is open to all nationalities of countries that have diplomatic relations with Japan.

USA: Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program
The FLTA Program is a full scholarship program for early-career (not more than seven years of teaching experience) English-language teachers to work as Filipino-language teaching assistants at a U.S. university for one academic year (nine months).

USA:The Hubert H Humphrey Fellowship Program
The Hubert H Humphrey Fellowship Program for the academic year 2023-2024 is now open for applications.
Established in honor of the late U.S. Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey, the Humphrey Program provides a year of professional enrichment in the United States for experienced Filipino professionals.
Fellowships are granted competitively in the following fields: Sustainable Development, Democratic Institution Building, Education, and Public Health.

The PhilFrance-DOST Scholarships were offered by the Embassy of France in the Philippines to Filipinos working in academic, research, or government institutions.
Returning women overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) were earlier offered educational scholarships, while science and technology undergraduate scholarships were available to students interested in joining the science community by pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
